All water activities like boating, fishing, skating are exclusively for use by the Walden House owner, though the pond does also provide water for the Cattleman’s Club homeowner association.
Designed by renowned architect Annabelle Selldorf, whose designs include New York City’s Neue Gallery, the house is built around an enclosed, landscaped courtyard and features enormous windows in every room

The house is 11,869 square feet, and includes seven bedrooms, eight full baths and one partial bath. It sits on a 105.63-acre property. There is an also a two-bed, two-bath guest/caretaker unit (at 1,354 square feet) on the property
The house is an example of the Contemporary style in which Ms. Selldorf often works. The house also includes some furniture designed by Ms. Selldorf.
