We very well know Shahid Kapoor aka Shasha who is considered as one of the finest performers in Bollywood and has contributed a lot to the Indian cinema. From Ishq Vishq to 2016’s most appreciated film Udta Punjab, he has set a trademark in Bollywood. It’s not yet over, he is going to bring some of the astonishing performances in the coming year too, one of which would going to be a historical drama named Padmavati. The film would be releasing this year and is the most anticipated one, for having Sanjay Leela Bhansali as the director and Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh as his co-actor in the film.

Shahid's father Pankaj Kapoor took a divorce with his mother Nileema and married to Supriya Pathak. Shahid, on the other hand, decided to stay with her mother. This is not yet over, his mother Neelima Azeem married to Rajesh Khatter who is currently working in the serial called Beyhadh. Shahid decided to stay with this couple until they broke up in 2001. Many of us may not know that Ishaan is the son of Neelima Azeem and Rajesh Khattar and a step brother of Shahid. Tough guy, we wonder this actor has ever enjoyed his childhood as he has always been a part of separations and divorces, all along his life.
Shahid In Shyamik Davar's Institute
He was a keen follower of dancing and decided to join Shyamik Davar’s dance institute at the age of 15. He made his first screen presence as a dancer in Dil To Pagal Hai and Taal. He performed on various songs in the institute itself, some of them were VOGUE and GOLDEN EYE which were highly appreciated by the audience. It was the first time when he felt like a star.
Kapoor was somewhere becoming popular. He thought of missing his class one day and his friend took him to an audition of “Pepsi”. He was in no mood of getting selected but the result came out in his favor. The ad starred Shahrukh Khan, Kajol and Rani Mukherji which was a big break for him to be recognized with such known dignitaries. Post this, he started appearing in other adds as well like Kit Kat and Close-up.

He finally got a break in the music video ”Aankhon Mein” produced by Ramesh Taurani. And this was the inception of his journey to become a renounced Bollywood star.
