The story of this man will make you realize that humanity still exists! This man who happens to be a British Humanitarian saved the life of 699 Jewish children Czechoslovakian children from Nazi death camps, in the years 1938-1939. This happened at the time of second world war in an operation that was later named as the Czech Kindertransport (German for “children transportation”).
Sir Nicholas Winton arranged a safe living place for children. His all efforts were unrecognized, unappreciated to public for over 40 years. But, in 1988 his efforts came to light when his wife found out a scrapbook with a complete list of names with photos of the children he saved.
