We all wish to have a figure like our Bollywood celebs. And we often wondered what keeps celebrities fit all year round. At the same time, we believe that Bollywood celebs spend hours every day, and we justify our self that ‘I don’t have time to exercise every day for 2 hours like celebs do.’ But, let me tell you that even celebs have off days where they wouldn’t want to hit the gym or get up in the morning and go for their exercise session. Then, how do they continue to look toned and fit every time we see them on TV? Turns out, celebs mellow down on their off days.
