Using an ATM, customers can access their bank deposit or credit accounts in order to make a variety of transactions such as cash withdrawals, check balances, or credit mobile phones.

But every technology has some defect:

Many times there are many problems when taking cash from the ATM. It also happens that you withdraw money from the ATM, cash does not come out, but money is deducted from your account. In such a situation, you have to make a complaint in the bank to claim your money. In most cases, banks credit your money in case of such transactions.

But for any reason if the bank does not do this and you feel that it is going wrong with you, then you can complain about it. Consumer Minister Ram Vilas Paswan himself gave this information. Paswan tweeted a similar sentence. In this sentence, he told that the customer did not receive the money while withdrawing money from the ATM but the amount was cut from the account.

Once, a customer reported the issue but then he failed to get his money back. After this, the customer has called the consumer department's helpline and informed about this matter and it has been settled within less than 18 days and the customer has got his money.
