COME UP WITH WHAT YOU FEEL INTERNALLY NOT WHAT IS TAUGHT EXTERNALLY
Instead of asking how are you? Make an habit of asking, HOW DO YOU FEEL TODAY? So that people will answer more specifically, they will speak what they really feel or what's going on in their mind. I know that first thing that comes out of our mouth if anyone ask, HOW ARE YOU is I AM FINE because it happens with me too. We are often conditioned to answer like that, but you are always welcome to make a change and say what u really feel or you are really going through! Be the change and you will witness others' changing!
