Small Meals:

Instead of having big meals try to Divide your meals into small bits and have them throughout the day.

Keep yourself Hydrated:

Drink lot of water especially if you are having Navratri fast. You can have lemon water, coconut water and fresh juices.

Fried Food:

This is so not true! A lot of vrat food is deep friend, but make an effort to either shallow fry it or bake it for better results. Avoid eating such food on an empty stomach since it can give you acidity.

Vegetables:
