 I am not a glutton but I really love to explore good food around the world.  Being a big foodie, I eat all kind of food. But let me tell you that it is very important to make a clear difference between good food which is good for your health and bad food which can cause you many health issues. Nowadays heart disease is one of the leading causes of death in the world? While a small percentage of patients suffer from congenital heart diseases, a majority of them get this affliction because of irregular lifestyle and food habits.

Unregulated consumption of food which is not heart healthy can lead to high cholesterol and sugar levels and ultimately lead to heart attack. If you are not able to burn the calories you consume and indulge in food which is loaded with sugar and saturated fats, you are most likely to ruin your health in a very short while because such foods are difficult to digest and contribute to increased cholesterol levels and toxin build up in the body.  It is high time that you should be more careful about your health.

Even many time pizza is our dinne meal But let me tell you that foods like pizza, white rice and white bread are rich in carbohydrates which have a high glycemic index (GI), resulting in a spike in blood sugar levels. Consuming a lot of high glycemic index foods have an overall increased risk of heart diseases.

Soft drinks

Now a day’s all the age groups from adult to a child every one love to have Soft drinks. But Do you know it is very harmful to your heart as they are packed with enormous amounts of sugar. Increased consumption of sugar contributes to high blood sugar levels, obesity and cardiovascular diseases.

Red meat contains a compound called carnitine that causes clogging of arteries. It is also high in saturated fat, which increases the risk of heart attack.
