 I am not a glutton but I really love to explore good food around the world.  Being a big foodie, I eat all kind of food. But let me tell you that it is very important to make a clear difference between good food which is good for your health and bad food which can cause you many health issues. Nowadays heart disease is one of the leading causes of death in the world? While a small percentage of patients suffer from congenital heart diseases, a majority of them get this affliction because of irregular lifestyle and food habits.

Unregulated consumption of food which is not heart healthy can lead to high cholesterol and sugar levels and ultimately lead to heart attack.
